I’d definitely recommend Alexander pointing. They arrive when they say they will, and both Ian (who quoted the job) and the two guys who carried it out were friendly and lovely. Everything was finished to a really high standard, they cleaned up well afterwards, and they were lovely with my neighbours too. I called up Alexander Pointing, needing a small job done. Iain was very responsive and had two chaps; Scott and Charlie took care of the pointing. Firstly, they were very friendly and professional. They did a great job and took initiative in helping patch up some additional sections of the brickwork around the area. A small but well appreciated thing. Highly recommend Alexander Pointing.  Did a great job repointing our house and replacing a number of bricks that had blown.  Provided a very professional service from the initial quote to completing the job.  The team that carried out the job was very hard working, polite and made sure they did a good job. From the initial phone call asking for a quote to the completion of the work, Iain and his team have been exemplary. We thought the whole wall needed repointing. However Iain assured us that most of the wall was okay, and highlighted what needed doing. Quote was delivered in a timely manner. Once we have go ahead work was completed to à very high standard. We are delighted. Furthermore the two lads who did the work were superb. Really well mannered, considerate and most importantly outstanding at what they do. Alexander Pointing were recommended to us by our builder (we had a big extension and renovation a few years ago) . He doesn’t recommend people lightly and we trust him .
