Iain Alexander is an excellent person to deal with. He responds immediately to enquiries and delivers what he says. The men employed on the job were courteous and polite and all were very hard working and delivered to a high standard. An excellent job.
Work was to re-point two-thirds of the house. Iain talked me through what would be needed when he visited prior to providing a quote. Once on site the workmen made quick progress, were there when they said they would be and were always polite and courteous.
